About Piper

Piper is a 5-month-old, approximately 35 lb. puppy full of life and love. We are unsure of her breed mix, but believe there are lab/hound characteristics in both looks and behavior. She came from one of three litters in the same household and was surrendered along with 12 of her half/full siblings from a home in Oklahoma (same dad, different mothers). Piper has a beautiful tan and white smooth coat and lovely green eyes. She is goofy, outgoing, and never met a treat she didn't like! She enjoys being outside, running around, and playing with any toy -her favorite is a small ball she loves to toss around and pounce on. She is also one of the most affectionate and snuggly dogs that loves to look into your eyes and give you kisses. She is happy to be on her own and can easily entertain herself. She is doing very well with house and crate training. She is doing well at giving signals she needs to go outside, but will need further work in a new home with new routines. She is in a home with a teenage girl and 4 foster siblings and does well with the other dogs. She spent several weeks in a respite foster home with a resident cat and did very well. Piper is the last of her litter mates looking for her own family and would love to become part of yours!
