About Lima Bean

Lima bean had a really rough start in life. He was 1 of over 50 dogs living in horrible conditions. Since being removed, he has received vet care and is slowly learning people petting him is ok. He still quivers initially but is starting to realize it is not a bad thing. He has no idea how to play or what toys are. Walking on a leash is a very scary thing. He is a work in progress that needs a quiet home that will continue to slowly work with him so he knows he is safe. He may never be a happy go lucky dog that is excited to see people but he will learn a soft bed and chew toy are good things. Lima bean needs a calm, quiet house. He won't do well with children but another dog to help him learn how to be a dog might help him trust quicker.
