About Monty (in foster)

Monty is a sweet, gentle boy who's still learning that people can be trusted. Like his brother Mason, he can be a bit withdrawn at first, but once Monty realizes you're kind and patient, his true personality begins to emerge. He warms up with quiet reassurance and does best with someone who will let him move at his own pace. Monty is currently in a foster home in Tennessee with Mason and does well with other dogs. He's still working on training and would benefit from a consistent routine and positive reinforcement. Monty is athletic and can jump or climb a fence, so he'll need a secure environment and supervision when outside. At his core, Monty just wants what every dog deserves—a safe place, a gentle hand, and someone who will love him for who he is. With time and understanding, Monty will make a loyal, devoted companion. If you're looking to make a real difference in a dog's life, Monty is waiting for his chance.
