He will be neutered prior to joining his forever home unless there is a medical reason why it has not yet been completed (in which case RDR NYC will work with the adopter to ensure this is done at the appropriate time). Robbie is good with people and other dogs. Robbie was brought into rescue after being found covered in fleas and ticks, with infected eyes and unable to walk or stand.
