About Lucy VIII

2/19/2026Lucy VIII is an owner surrender looking for a new home.Hi! My name is Lucy VIII ! I am a beautiful 6 year old white boxer girl that is an owner surrender due to being too big for my owner to handle and not getting along with the other dogs and for everyone's safety I need to be the only dog in the home. I am described as friendly, active, shy, playful, and affectionate! I am currently on medication for minor incontinence/slight dribble after urinating but don't let that shy you away from a great girl! I have never lived with a cat so it is uncertain if I am feline friendly. There are no children in my home but it is said that while I am energetic, I get along with children! I am house trained and at night I sleep on a dog bed. I am not crate trained and will need assistance learning that in my forever home if it is required. I currently reside with my owner's dog trainer so I am receiving daily behavioral training. If the humans must be away I am fine being alone. When outside I have good behavior and do not dig or attempt to jump fences/gates. Some of my favorite things are riding in the car, playing fetch with balls, dental chews, getting love, and snuggling!
