Please Read My Story !! Hi there , my name is Stewie and I have been told that I am a very special dog. I have been here at the shelter since August and my life has been very different since then. When I first got here I was very very scared and nervous. The people here at the shelter have taken ALOT of extra time with me to make me comfortable. I am so happy to say that I am FINALLY coming out of my shell. A few months ago I always hid in the back of my kennel , kept my ears down , and tail tucked. Because I didn't understand what was going on - sometimes I gave off the vibe I was a little ' mad '. Now whenever I see my favorite people here I greet them with a tail wag and smile ! Jumping up for kisses and asking for lots of pets when I go on my walks. I deep down am a really sweet boy who needs a forever home. I think I am very loyal and would do best in a home with no other dogs or cats. Small kids might also not be a good idea since sometimes I still am a little skittish of sudden movements. The people here at the shelter wanted me to let you know that I am available for adoption , but they want to make sure whoever gets me gives me the absolute most perfect home ! Because of that they will be a little picky with who I go too. I really hope I can find someone who is willing to get to know me soon , I just need a little extra time and patience from you to become an amazing dog again !
