About Zoe & Pedro

Zoe and Pedro are 3 & 5-year-old bonded Huskies with huge hearts. They've never known anything but backyard breeder and shelter life, until we intervened and brought them (and their daughter, Tilly) into our sanctuary. They were rescued from the euthanasia list from Polk County, GA. Zoe is the most social of the bunch and Pedro, although shy, is the sweetest! From the moment she arrived at our sanctuary, Zoe made it clear: she's here for the love, the snacks, and the spotlight. Pedro is here for the hugs and kisses. These guys are the kind of dogs who makes you feel like the most important person in the room. Zoe is definitely a boss lady—confident and not afraid to speak her mind and Pedro is the submissive one. They stick together and so we'd like to find a home who will adopt them both. Their past may have been uncertain, but their future is looking bright. They are ready to trade sanctuary life for couch cuddles, backyard zoomies, and a family who adores them for their resilience and strength. If you're looking for a dog who's endured and overcome, and is now ready to see the world in a new light, they may just be your perfect match. They will need a patient family to help guide them. We recommend a home without small, loud children. Because Zoe is a boss lady, they'd probably be best as the only pair of dogs in the home. No small animals. They are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, heartworm negative and microchipped. They're being fostered at our sanctuary in North Carolina and available for adoption in the eastern US and transport can be arranged if needed.
