About Bunny

Meet Bunny — Connecticut's Sweetest Little Comeback Queen! If you're looking for a dog who radiates love, joy, and pure gratitude, Bunny is your girl. This petite sweetheart came from a cruelty case, but you would never know it—she has left her past far behind and stepped boldly into life with a wagging tail, a bright smile, and a heart ready to love everyone she meets. Bunny is the definition of resilient. She greets every new friend—kids and adults, with happy wiggles and a sparkle in her eyes. She's playful, social, and always ready for fun with her buddies. And when she runs? She hops like an actual bunny, doing the cutest little bounce-run you've ever seen. It's impossible not to smile when she's zooming around the yard with her signature hop-hop-hop. Give her a fenced-in yard and she'll show off those Zoomies in full force. But after playtime? Bunny is all about the snuggles. She loves curling up on the couch with her humans, gently chewing on a Benny Bone or bully stick while soaking up all the affection she can get. She's the perfect mix of silly and sweet, energetic and cuddly. This little black beauty is often overlooked simply because of her color—but don't let that make you miss out on one of the most loving souls you'll ever meet. Black dogs are just as wonderful, loyal, and magical as any other, and Bunny is living proof. Bunny is ready to be part of a family who will cherish her as much as she'll adore them. She's eager to join you on life's adventures, big and small, and she'll be right by your side every step of the way. If you're ready for a joyful, affectionate, bunny-hopping bundle of love, Bunny is waiting to hop straight into your heart. Apply for this sweetheart today!
