About Anya

Anya is a one-year-old German Shepherd found as a stray in Chicago. She completed a board and train program and is looking for an experienced foster or adoptive home. Anya is selective with other dogs. She has successfully been introduced to a male golden retriever but has not done well with females or small dogs. A Ruffland/impact style kennel is used for crating, if needed, as Anya is not a fan of being in a crate. Anya is housebroken. Her ideal home will have a fenced yard where she can play. Anya enjoys walks, is good on car rides, and loves being with her special person. A home that doesn't have a lot of visitors/traffic will be best for Anya as she is protective of her home and people.
