"Needs Must" means you really don't want to do something but have to, which is how I feel about getting sucked back into cat rescue/TNR after a nine year break. I founded and ran the Feline Rescue Association in Baltimore from 2007 to 2016, and started Needs Must Cats just this past year to facilitate my own rescue efforts, however, those efforts have grown large enough to require additional resources for adoptions.
