Many of our volunteers have been working together for a few years. We were part of a multi state weim rescue (Heartland Weim Rescue) then broke off and Started the Iowa Weimaraner Rescue so we could better concentrate on Iowa. We setup a board of directors and filled a few coordinator spots. We have filed for 501(c)(3) and that is in process but not returned. We expect it soon but it's not final. As of now we're just applying to check out the Pet Portal but maybe interested in more services. My
