FORREST CITY AREA HUMANE SOCIETY

The Forrest City Area Humane Society operates primarily in Forrest City, secondarily in the county outside the city limits. We have no law enforcement powers to deal with neglect, abuse, abandonment, or other animal issues outside St. Francis County. We encourage the formation of sister organizations in the surrounding counties; we acknowledge our sister organization in Cross County.
