Operation Fancy Free

Our mission is to end the problem of cat overpopulation and homelessness in Jackson County, WV. Our primary focus is on TNR of community and feral cats. We also have a rescue/foster/adoption program for homeless cats and kittens whose needs fall outside of TNR. Admission to our foster program is based on need and space availability. We also assist our local shelter with spay/neuter of their adoptable cats and kittens, refer pet owners to our county's low cost spay/neuter program, and under c
