TLC Animal Rescue (TLCAR) is a volunteer based rescue located in South New Jersey & Florida that operates solely on placing animals in foster homes until they are adopted. The animals brought into TLCAR’s care have a variety of backgrounds. Some are surrendered by their owners due to difficult family situations.
