Elizabethton/Carter County Animal Shelter

We are a progressive, municipal animal shelter serving the residents of the City of Elizabethton and all areas within Carter County, TN. We also have a non-profit arm, The Friends Group of ECCAS, where monetary donations are gladly accepted. Our services include but are not limited to: *Lost or stray, domestic (cat or dog) Animal Control pick-up and boarding. Animal must be confined. *Boarding for pets (cat or dog) surrendered by their owners or care takers who can no longer care for them.
