I retired approx 2 years ago from LAPD with 28 years oif service. I fostered for 5 years prior to retirement for another rescue and found it very rewarding to help dogs to have a 2nd chance to live happily ever after. I take the dogs that deserve me to help then have that chance. I deal in quality rather than quantity and invest a lot more time and $$ to take these dogs from abuse and near death to happy healthy family members for another family that will love them until their time comes to g
