The goal of Colorado Herding Dog Rescue is to help place Australian Shepherds, Border Collies and other herding breeds in loving, permanent homes. We are a small group of dedicated volunteers who put our hearts, souls and time into finding forever homes for these intelligent and loyal working breeds. The three founders of the non-profit CHDR have a combined experience of 45 years in rescue and have saved over 650 dogs.
