Forever Changed Animal Rescue

3 of our board members are veterinarians who met in vet school and bonded over rescue work. We were on the board and involved with other rescue organizations, but always were excited to someday start our own organization. We partnered with a couple of other awesome individuals and together we all created FCAR.
