I am one of 5 founding members of BCSAVE who were volunteers for Houston based All Border Collie Rescue (ABCR) and decided to split away to form our own rescue in order to better serve Central and North Texas. We are an in-home fostering based rescue specializing in rescuing, rehabbing, and rehoming Border Collies.
