Nelson Animal Retreat, Inc. was organized to fill a need in Wirt County, WV for a way to help our citizens with stray and unwanted animals. We bring these animals into our rescue and get them the medical treatment they need. We get them spay or neutered and then they can go to a suitable forever home.
